Michael Jackson, R.I.P.

Definately not Beyonce related, but right now who cares. This guy was a legend, he's done so much for artist today. I'd say this for everyone when I say he will be missed dearly. He's such an inspiration, the same as how Beyonce is an inspiration to myself and others, and I couldn't fathom the death of my inspiration, I wouldn't even know how to react. You see, Beyonce helps me escape from reality, and takes me to another place where it's just me and her, I know it's kind of cheesy but, who cares, thats how I feel. I don't only like Beyonce for her music, but her amazing personality, and humble attitude, but enough about this. I really honor and cherish Mr. Michael Jackson, and I will miss him, myself. He's so amazing, and gosh. The world stopped when he died. He was so amazing, God put him on earth for a reason, and people have learned so much from him. Gosh, I can go on & on about this man, but anyways! We love ya Michael, and we're hoping to see you again one day!

My Experience at I Am...

It was simply amazing. I've been saying that word for the past, 10 hours, that's all I can think of. Richgirl opened up, and I'm a fan of their single "He Ain't Wit Me Now (Tho)" and they did alright, but they really did great with their single "He Ain't Wit Me Now (Tho)". So Queen B had us waiting a while, and I'm VERY impatient when I'm excited. When she made her entrance, I swear, my ears were bleeding, everyone was screaming SO loud. [I have a video of it, I'll upload it later]. She looked BEAUTIFUL, as always. She blew everyone away as she began to sing "Crazy In Love". But I'm not gonna go through the whole setlist, it was just amazingg and crazy! Especially when Jay came out! My gosh, Beyonce made it an unforgettable day. I got the tour book, and it is THE BEST!!!! It's so big, and the pictures look FLAWLESS. And I heard alot of people complaining of seats, I think if you're a REAL Beyonce fan, you wouldn't care, I must admit my seats werent all that, but I saw her! And the ZOOM wasn't working on my Camera, so I didn't even get good enough close ups, but I'm okay with it. If you have NOT bought a ticket for this damn tour, you are OUT of your mind, and you should be kicking yourself at this moment! It was worth EVERY penny, and I have no regrets buying it, and I'm sure for those who went definately don't regret it. That's it for now. Expect pictures or videos, I didn't get much pictures cause all I cared about was videos.

Pop diva, Beyonce Knowles, has given her nod to the idea of voicing a cartoon character on children TV show Wow! Wow! Wubbzy. Why? Well, to make it clear, it's not for the money, but It'll be a small gift for some one special.

Hearing the news, her nephew was in the notion that her aunt was just trying to play some prank on her, and he had a tough time to believe the same.

The 'Ave Maria' hitmaker is more than delighted to voice the character on Nickelodeon's TV show, as her sister, Solange's four-year-old son, Daniel, is an avid fan of the show. Hearing the news, her nephew was in the notion that her aunt was just trying to play some prank on her, and he had a tough time to believe the same.

"I told my nephew I was being considered for the role, and he didn't believe me. The episodes haven't aired on TV, so he still doesn't believe me,” the Daily express quoted her as saying.

This time it invovles, Ciara.
This is what the dumbass [excuse my french] had to say:
"They must have really enjoyed [my shows] that much to go and nitpick it, because it's something they pulled up and was like, 'Yo! There were a couple of things in there that I've never seen.' I think that it's important for us as artists to be original and to create something new, so it would be really silly of me to go and create something you've already seen," she continued.

"So not one time were any of my references another artist. My references were clearly inspired from shows that I've actually seen. It goes to show how creative we can be and how close the worlds are. I did my first video with my metal outfit. I was inspired by Thierry Mugler. Now, from my understanding, Beyonce is using Thierry Mugler for her tour. It just is what it is. It's very petty to me."

Beyonce on Wow! Wow! Wubzy!

Not gonna lie, I know a thing or two about Wow! Wow! Wubzy! [Due to the little people in my fam, hehe] But yes, I do find myself singing the Theme Song of the show. But anywho!
It's a cartoon, and from what I know, it's going to be a movie. "Wubb Idol Week" starts April 27th through Thursday April 30th. The movie premieres May 1st. Beyonce will be Shine, the lead singer of the group the Wubb Girlz. Pretty much the information is in the video. I'm actually excited to see this [Haha]. I'm pretty sure Julez is gonna love this!

The Star Pheonix Review

Friday night's Beyonce concert in Saskatoon was all about the spectacle. A dimmer star would fade amidst the strategically lit-up codpiece, the Cirque du Soleil-style flying and the troupe of backup dancers wearing nothing but skintight PVC.

But Beyonce is no ordinary performer. From note one, the 27-year-old powerhouse rose above all the gimmicks, mastering the show like a sexy alien overlord princess. Nothing but extraterrestrial origins could explain that voice.

Opening with the song Deja Vu from her album B'Day, Beyonce emerged on the complex stage and the overdressed audience happily rose out of Credit Union Centre's plastic seats. She sparkled in a gold bodysuit with a massive bow bustle -- the first of many pantless costumes. Flanked by an all-female band, the night unfolded with hit after hit, all starring a woman who could perform circles around any other pop star today.

The Saskatoon concert was just the second stop on a tour that will eventually traverse the globe. Edmonton, a seemingly odd choice, was privy to the very first Beyonce I Am . . . stop. The StarPhoenix wasn't allowed to shoot photos of the show, but plenty have already been leaked online thanks to cellphone cameras. One can't help but wonder if holding the first few shows in smaller cities was meant to work out any kinks before the tour reaches bigger markets. It that was the case it wasn't necessary, because Saskatoon's show was nothing short of spectacular.

Beyonce already has a huge catalogue of hits to draw from thanks to her solo records, her role in Destiny's Child and her work in movies. She wailed -- not just sang -- Crazy in Love, Naughty Girl, Freakum Dress, Radio and Check On It. There was also a DC medley that, of course, featured the aptly named Bootylicious. A surprise Canadian shout out -- for those who didn't read the Edmonton reviews -- came when she sang excerpts of You Oughta Know by Alanis Morisette and Angel by Sarah McLachlan.

The fierceness that is her sassy half Sasha made for the most danceable, fun moments of the show, but Beyonce also slowed it down for the angelic Halo and If I Were a Boy.

But the woman can do more than sing. Her Tina Turner legs -- and dance moves to match -- and confident, yet down-to-earth, charm were all on display. It is rare to see someone perform that hard when they could simply rely on blessed vocal cords.

Beyonce doesn't really need the bells and whistles of a big stadium show, but it sure makes for an unforgettable concert. And as she says in the song Ego, "I walk like this 'cuz I can back it up."

Former Canadian Idol contestant Eva Avila opened the show. Though she has grown since her stint on the TV talent show, an overactive smoke machine and blinding spotlights obscured her performance. Plus, at only four songs, the petite singer didn't get much of a chance to fulfil her warming-up duties. At best, Avila offered a pretty voice and a few average pop songs. Her performance was nice, but the Owe It All To You singer will be the last thing on the mind's of Saskatoon concertgoers today.

STOP THE TRACK!!! LEMME STATE FACTS!!!

Ok, so I've been GONE for a while! Because of a death in the family, but I'm ready to come back. And you KNOW I had to come back at a time like this.
Have any of you heard the "Turnin' me off" remix? Well, lord knows I ain't postin it on here, 'cause Keri doesn't deserve views, because she went for my girl, Beyonce. And at times like this, I become a "Super-Stan" and go off and defend Beyonce. And that is what I'm fixin' to do!
Ok, so "Miss Keri" wrote the verse for Beyonce in "Love in This Club Pt.2", right? And she wants to get all mad about it. Number 1! If you were so great, Usher would've asked you to sing, but no, he asked Beyonce to do it. If you haven't heard the song yet, Usher states in the begging "I'm the king...Ya'll know that, She's the Queen, [Referring to Beyonce] came right back.". That's why you weren't asked to sing in it, honey, 'cause you're NOT the Queen and I highly doubt you will ever be. Keri's song is #18 on the Hot 100 and #1 on R&B charts. Keri, do NOT think you're all powerful because it hit the top 20 and a R&B #1. Beyonce WILL end a career or two, and because of this she's gonna work harder and do more, therefore, ending your career. During this blog I've been trying so hard not to curse, because Keri has some nerve. I was actually becoming a Keri fan, bought her single, but now she ain't gettin SH!T from me! Beyonce and Ciara can both get my money, just to prove to you, that you're nothing. Although she'll have $13 dollars less, I'm pretty sure "Beyonce haters" and others will buy Keri's album, but just know now, she's NOT getting my support. Lord have mercy I can ramble about this all day. And if you need some facts just leave some comments!

Beyonce Extends her Europeon tour.

Beyoncé has extended her plans for her spring 2009 European tour with a new round of dates for the UK. The R&B star's original tour announcement had her on the road from April 26 through May 31 with five shows in England, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Her updated schedule has increased that trek to 11 shows, from a recently announced May 22 show at Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle upon Tyne, ENG, through a June 8 concert at the O2 Arena in London. Other new dates are set for June 6 at Liverpool Echo Arena in Liverpool, and June 7 at Sheffield Arena in Sheffield. Beyoncé has also added a second night at The O2 in Dublin, IRE, keeping her in the city on May 29-30.



This really doesn't pretain to me, but I was hoping she would post her U.S. tour dates -_-. She better Extend her American tour.

Halo is #93! It's getting -GREAT- promotion by MTV. They've been playing
it for a while. I'm pretty sure it'll get to the top 40 in the next couple weeks.
I can see it being number 1, either way.

" Beyoncé's song 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)' could lead to economic collapse, according to scientists.

A study carried out at New York University has found that songs with a more regular beat coincide with volatility in the American financial markets.

Phil Mayim, a professor of finance and risk engineering, has studied the Billboard chart for decades and found that low "beat variance" songs had an "inverse correlation with market turbulence", reports The Guardian.

"If it's a steady beat, the same beat, no matter if it's fast or slow, that's a low beat variance song," Maymin told PRI Radio. "[But] if [the song] starts off slow and becomes fast and comes back down, that's a high beat variance."

The last market crash coincided with the release of A-Ha's 'Take On Me', which had a "steady beat". Meanwhile, songs with more complex arrangements were more popular at times when the market was less volatile.

"The correlation is pretty strong," Maymin concluded. "The turbulence of the music predicts the steadiness of the market." "

Beyonce Donates 4 Million Dollars (Cadillac Records Salary) To Drug Treatment Centers

Beyoncé’s donation was made to Phoenix House, which runs 98 rehab programmes in USA. During the course of her research the singer was so moved by the work of staff at Phoenix House that she pledged every penny of her salary from the film to help them. Karen Sodomick, marketing chief of the Phoenix House, confirmed the singer had given the “overwhelmingly generous” gift, but she added: “Beyoncé wants to remain a quiet supporter.”

My opinion?
-I think it's great of her to do that! 4 Mill is ALOT of money! Other's would do bull%$#@ with it. I'm glad Beyonce donated it!

The singer and her record label, Sony/BMG, are hoping her latest video, "Diva," has similar success. Released on Dec. 24, it returns Beyonce to the simple style of her and two dancers in a plain setting — this time an empty warehouse. It has drawn less than one million viewers on YouTube so far.


My opinion?
-I think Beyonce deserved it. She did a killer performance with her video "Single Ladies" especially creating a dance craze along with it! So many people are dancing to Single Ladies on Youtube! Hopefully the music video "Diva" will be a hit too! But in my opinion, I think there should've been more dancing in the video, but it's still a hot video and the song is crazy!


NOTE: "Single Ladies" was the last #1 Single in 2008, and the first in 2009!

Diva + Halo + Ciara Diva "Remix". (100th Post!)

Both videos were released while I was on Vacation, and I know half of the WORLD saw this video, so I might as well -not- post the video's on here. Also, because Embedding is not allowed on all Youtube for these videos! So I might as well just "share" my thoughts with you guys.

Diva:

Beyonce shut down ALL the other artist with this video!!!!
During the video all I said was "DAMN". I lovelovelove the dance with her hair, that was sick! And the end when the car was blowing up, her song "Video Phone" was DEFINATELY perfect for that moment! That video's a 10! It's already #85 on the Billboard charts, and I heard it everywhere I went while I was in Texas!

Halo:

The video definately fits the song! Although a couple of the blinding lights here and there weren't so pleasing, but somewhat original. Anyways, adding Micheal Ealy to the video was great. They had a great connection, and it was a pretty cool video. Hopefully this song will do well on the charts, the song is catchy, has great meaning and vocals to it. The song is also similar to "Take a Bow", but too bad Rihanna can't sing, although with her awful singing it managed to reach number 1.
I predict that it will probably be on the charts sometime in the next 2 weeks.

Ciara's Diva "Remix" for her mixtape:


Okay, one word, "Garbage". So Ciara attemps mixing singing with Rapping in this and it obviously didn't go well. "I know you know about that diva, diva, named B, while I'm at it Imma tell you 'bout this Diva named C." Ok Ciara, Diva? You? Nuh-Uh. Maybe in a few years. Ok, so, I love Ciara, but this remix is a "No-No". She tried Beyonce's style of Singing and Rapping at the same time, and Beyonce succeeded and didn't sound like she was forcing it. Ciara vocals sounds like she forcing herself to sound that way. No, Ciara! No! Also, the "Hey's" were off beat! Try again. And her 'alter ego' Super C? Pshhhh. You can tell Beyonce is way different than Sasha Fierce, but Ciara and this Super C girl is the same genre of music.
